Which EV charger is right for me?

That depends on your vehicle’s charging capability, available electrical supply and how quickly you need to charge. Share your vehicle model and location so we can recommend a suitable option.

Can I buy a charger without installation?

Yes. We can quote for supply only. If you need installation, we provide a combined supply and installation proposal following a site assessment.

Is the site survey free?

Yes, site surveys are currently free. Contact the team to confirm availability for your location and arrange a suitable time.

What warranty and support do you provide?

PARSEK JUPITER-AC7 and JUPITER-DC120 each carry a two-year equipment warranty. Spare parts are held locally. The DC120 also supports remote diagnostics and OTA firmware updates. Warranty coverage and exclusions are set out in your written proposal.

How soon can my charger be installed?

For available stock, the indicative timeline is around four weeks. Your final schedule depends on the site survey, electrical work required and the agreed charger configuration.

Do you install residential chargers across Pakistan?

We supply residential chargers nationwide. Residential installation is mainly available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore. Commercial projects are served across Pakistan.
